Shipping Costs and Service

 

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over £50. Otherwise, our standard shipping rate is £3.95.

Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, the Royal Mail’s delivery aim for this service is 2-3 business days.

 

Despatching of orders

 

We aim to despatch orders as soon as we possibly can, but we're a small team, so we appreciate your patience if things sometimes take us a day or two!

  

 

International Orders

 

We are not currently shipping to our friends outside the UK, or to PO boxes.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

In the case of any lost or delayed deliveries, in the first case, please contact us via email on sales@the-treasury.co.uk

Returns

• To make a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be unused, and with all the original labels still attached or included.

• Please return the product in its original packaging.
