FAQ's

What happens if my parcel hasn't arrived?
In the first instance, get in touch with us. We can track it for you, and if the people at Royal Mail can't find it, we'll sort you out with a replacement, or a refund.

Can I buy from outside the UK?
At the moment, online ordering is only available within the UK. 

Do you offer a gift wrapping service? 
Yes! Let us know if you have any special requirements, and we'll wrap your gift beautifully for you, free of charge. 

What happens if my parcel arrives and something is damaged? 
We do our best to wrap everything up really carefully, but sometimes, due to the nature of some of the products we sell, accidents happen! Please contact us straight away if something arrives broken, and we'll find the appropriate course of action.

I received my order, but it wasn't quite what I had expected. Can I return it for a refund? 
Yes. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return it. You can return goods for a full refund, so long as they're in unused condition, and with all the original labels and packaging. You can download and print off our returns form here. 

I love your stuff, can I visit your shop?
We love that you love our stuff, and yes, we now have a 'bricks and mortar' shop for you to visit! You'll find us at 19, High St., Budleigh Salterton, Devon, EX9 6LD. Feel free to contact us if you have any particular questions though. We'll try to answer all queries as quickly as we can!
